At LifeUp Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines your rights regarding returns and refunds in accordance with Bosnia and Herzegovina consumer protection law.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Under Bosnia and Herzegovina consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your products, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear statement (e.g., by email) before the 15-day period expires. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team: Send an email to info@lifeupglobal.com with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive return authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the product: Package the product securely in its original packaging and include the RA number. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions.
Please do not return products without first obtaining a Return Authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and unused, in its original condition
- The product must be in its original packaging, including all labels, seals, and inserts
- The return must be initiated within the 15-day withdrawal period
- The product must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization number
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund as follows:
- Inspection: We will inspect the returned product within 3 business days of receipt to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Refund method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (the same credit card or payment method used for the purchase).
- Processing time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
- Refund amount: You will receive a full refund of the product purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
5. Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened supplements: Any supplement product whose seal has been broken or that has been partially or fully consumed cannot be returned, as we cannot guarantee the safety and integrity of opened products.
- Products damaged by the customer: Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage are not eligible for return.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@lifeupglobal.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product on our part, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
