If you enroll as an independent distributor with LifeUp Global, your relationship with us is governed by a separate Distributor Agreement in addition to these Terms. The Distributor Agreement contains specific terms regarding your rights, obligations, compensation, and conduct as an independent distributor. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Distributor Agreement, the Distributor Agreement shall prevail with respect to distributor-specific matters.

7. Product Purchases

All product purchases made through our website or shop are governed by our Terms of Sale. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth in that document, including pricing, payment, delivery, and return policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings in the competent courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina as specified in Section 9.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
